REFUND POLICY

If your flight is within 24 hours, flight ticket fares and service fees are non-refundable. If your booking was within 10 days of the time of requesting a cancellation/refund, and the flight is not within 24 hours, then your flight ticket fare alone may or may not be refundable. The service fee we charge for a flight ticket booking is always non-refundable. The following requirements must be met before we are able to issue a reimbursement of funds for flight tickets:

1) You applied for a cancellation and refund with us directly by phone, email cancellations/refund requests are not permitted,
2) The fare laws of the particular airline issuing the ticket(s) provide for cancellation and refunds;
3) You are not a “no show” (most “no show” bookings are ineligible for any waiver from supplIn relation to the purchase of flight tickets) For itineraries consisting of multiple routes and multiple base fares, different fare rules may apply. In this case, restrictive fare rules will be applied. Please read all fare terms and conditions relating to the airline provider that corresponds with your booking(s).
Please note that if you have purchased a return ticket, a ‘no-show’ for the forward journey could result in a cancellation of the return ticket by the airline.

We are unable to include a clear time frame for when this requested refund will be processed. Both refund and cancellation claims are handled in a systematic manner.

An email confirmation receipt of your termination request will be sent to you once you have confirmed the request with one of our customer service representatives. This message does not imply that you are immediately eligible for a refund. This only serves to accept your submission and provide you with a tracking number.

We will consult with supplier airlines to generate a waiver based on airline and other supplier regulations and notify you of the supplier decision after we receive your order. Please keep in mind that we are reliant on the vendors to receive the requested refunds. It may take some time for the refund to appear on the credit card statement until it has been accepted by the retailer. In general, all retailers can levy a premium on refunds. From the time your request is sent until you get credit for your statement, the whole procedure could take 60-90 days. Aside from the refund penalties imposed by airlines and other providers, we will charge a post-ticketing services fee, if necessary. The return payments are assessed per passenger and per ticket. These payments will be charged only if the provider has approved a refund or a waiver has been issued, and only if the airline/supplier regulations allow for such refunds. If the retailer should not process the refund, we will refund you our post-ticketing service fees for the agent-assisted refund order, but not our booking fees for the initial travel reservation or booking.
